How It's possible?

How is possible that this things keep going in the streets ? 

- If you driving after that you drank a beer, a vase of vodka or any kind of alcohol you become more cool or someting like that ? .

For be more "cool" and driving after drank alcohol the last saturday i walked to my soccer class like "lalalalala" and i saw  a men that going to bought the bread for the breakfast ....it´s a 9 o´clock, the men has a 20 years old but when i see his don´t happened nothing, but 1 minute later when the men cross the street for go to the bakery, one car go like 100 km/h and run over the men and in this instantly moment the men was die. My question is: what happened in the mind of the driver ?. and this isn´t all after that the stupid driver kill the men going to run over  a little market but "fortunately" a bus it´s parking and the car was crashing with this, the car become a shit how you can see on the pic. the driver was capture for the police and son going to prision . Hopefully this man rot in this jail JIDIOT! jajajaja and please if you go to a party or a bar don´t carry on your car beacuse you will cause a disaster.
